First National Fundings is a mortgage banking firm with our headquarters in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. First National Funding have been a New York Corporation operating as a licensed mortgage banker since 1991. Currently we operate one location, however, we are expanding our operations to a new facility in Garden City, NY and others in the near future. In 1994, First National Funding became an approved correspondent for the FHA program. We are currently pending approval for both the FHA 203 K and VA programs. More recently, First National Funding became an approved lender for Small Business Administration (SBA) loans in New York and New Jersey. Our emphasis is on the purchase and refinancing of residential and commercial properties.
